Participated in ISIC 2019 Skin Lesion Diagnosis challenge (images only) and scored in top-5. The model we used was a single instance of densenet-161 with a highly optimized preprocessing and post-processing pipeline. It was loosely based on the work we had been doing at Nurithm Labs for DermaAID project.
